How does your cat furniture stay up? I don't see a base to stabilize it. That's right, no base to consume your valuable floor space. The post, which is 4 inches round, sits on your floor and supports weight from below. Using our unique attachment system you securely and snugly attach the side of each perch to one of the wooden studs in your wall. What you see is rich looking 1/2" plush carpets and long wearing 1/2" sisal rope wound tight around posts.  What you don't see are the metal hook and latch-like attachment hardware or the strong PVC pipe and 5/8" thick plywood that make Kitty Korner one of the safest and long lasting cat furniture products available today.

Is it safe? Will it fall over when my rather large cats climb up it?    It is completely safe. The only way a Kitty Korner will come down is if you purposely take it down. Our easy to follow setup instructions will show you how to properly attach each perch to a wood stud in your wall. We will supply you with enough metal hardware to securely and snugly attach your Kitty Korner to your wall. Two large cats could come running and leap onto a Kitty Korner, race up to the top and back down again without so much as a wobble. Kitty Korner stands strong and secure. This is why cats will return again and again and climb with confidence.

At what height does a Kitty Korner become to dangerous for my cat to climb? Becaause each perch has it's own attachment point to the wall, Kitty Korner feels just as sturdy and solid at 15 feet from the ground as it does at 3 feet from the ground. Kitty korner can be concidered safe at any height for a very good reason. Cats have very strong survivle instincts. It is these instints that drive a young kitten to climb whatever it can climb and to continue climbing (whatever it can) untill he becomes a strong, skilled agile climber. At the same time, these same survival instincts will prevent a cat from doing or climbing anything that they beleive might put them in harms way. If a cat even suspects it's unsafe or to difficult to climb, they won't. Nature has given cats strong agile bodies and survival instincts that tell them how to stay safe and healthy even within todays modern homes.

Will my cat climb your cat furniture when he won't climb others? We can pretty much gaurantee it. You see your cats desire to climb is strong but not as strong as his desire to stay out of harms way. Many of the taller, free standing cat furniture products will wobble or move durning climbing. If a cat is scared by this movement he may decided it is too dangerous and avoid it all togethery. It takes only one bad experiecnce and it becomes almost impossible to change his mind. This is one reson we tell cat owners not to let their cats on a Kitty Korner during the set up. Once it is up, the moment your cat steps a cautious paw onto his new Kitty Korner he will feel the stability and strength of the structure. He sences that his wieght is easyliy supported and his trust grows rapidily. Within miniutes he is climbing and becoming increasing familiar and comfortable with the terrain of his Kitty Korner.

Ok, so how do I order a Kitty Korner? Our cat furniture products are organized onto five web pages. Once you have decided which of our cat furniutre products you want to order you can order directly from our website using our online shopping cart. When you are ready you will be directed to PayPal where you can use your Paypal account to complete the payment process. If you do not have a PayPal account PayPal will still process your payment and payment can be made using your Paypal account. where you will use your abnk card and your Paypal account to complete the payment process. If your payment will be by check or money order then you will need to print out our mail-in order form, fill it out completely and mail us the order form along with your check or money order payable to Star Step Creations, LLC. In either case, you should check to make sure your order is correct and you have specified the color carpet you want. That's it, then wait 7-14 days for your order to be shipped directly to you. Feel free to email any questions you may have about the ordering process. How can I pay for my order? You can use a bank card, a check or a money order. To use a bank card you must use our shopping cart.  If you would like to pay using a check or money order you will need to printout and use our mail-in order form. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Starstep Creations, LLC. Paypal uses the most advance security throughout your transaction to assure the safety of your financial information. Paypal does not require you to set up an account, however, you will need to provide the billing and shipping information needed to process your order.

After I order how long will it take to get my cat furniture?  It takes between 7and 14 days to complete  and ship your order depending on its size. Depending on where you live your order may take another 2-7 days to arrive at your shipping address. What does it cost to ship your products? To ship an order anywhere in the continental US we charge 20% of the total amount of the order. Orders shipped outside the continental US including Alaska and Hawaii will have an extra shipping charge. Please email us before placing your order for a quote on the additional shipping charge. Will there be any other charges added to my order?   No, unless your shipping address is in California then there is a 7.75% sales tax added to your order. Are your products guaranteed? All Kitty Korner Cat Furniture products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receiving it, in new condition and in the box it shipped in, and we will, at your choice, either replace the product or refund the purchase price of the product, less the cost of shipping and handling. Are Kitty Korner Cat Furniture products warranted? All Kitty Korner Cat Furniture products are warranted against structural break down for a period of up to one year after the purchase date. The carpet and sisal rope we use on our products is warranted against break down due to poor workmanship for three months after the date of purchase. Kitty Korner Cat Furniture uses high quality carpet and 1/2" sisal rope to assure your purchase will maintain that 'like new' look for as long as possible. Because scratching behavior can vary from cat to cat, we can not warrantee carpet or sisal rope against normal wear and tear. Products under this warrantee will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you at no cost to you. Please contact us for shipping details.

Will your company ever share or sell my ordering information? Absolutely not. Your information is private and we will do our part to keep it that way. We value and depend on our customers and our reputation with them.. Can I get help with deciding where the best place would be to setup one of your cat climbers? Absolutely. You can call us or you can email us information about your situation and send pictures if you can. We will let you know if we need any other information. We'll point out any possible advantages and/or disadvantages to each of the locations you are considering, and then make a recommendation as to which, if any, stands out as the better choice.
